The SCAS Music Club of Saraswathi College of Arts and Science celebrated World Music Day on 22 June 2026 with a series of vibrant and engaging events that highlighted the universal language of music. The celebration began with a Community Singing session, where students and faculty joined together in a harmonious musical performance, followed by the Combined Singing of Individual Departments, showcasing the vocal talents of students from various departments. The programme also featured an exciting Music Quiz Competition , and a lively Departmental Anthakshari Competition. The celebration concluded with the Prize Distribution Ceremony, during which the winners of the Cover Song Contest and the various competitions held as part of the World Music Day celebrations were honoured for their outstanding performances. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and staff. Â
