As part of the observance of World Environment Day, the Department of BCA, Nature Club in association with IQAC organized an E-Waste Collection Campaign at Saraswathi College of Arts and Science, Vilappil, on 5 June 2026. The initiative aimed to promote responsible disposal and recycling of electronic waste while creating awareness about the environmental hazards caused by improper e-waste management.Students, faculty members, and staff actively participated in the campaign by collecting and handing over discarded electronic items such as mobile phones, chargers, cables, batteries, keyboards, computer accessories, and other electronic waste. The programme encouraged the campus community to adopt sustainable practices and contribute towards environmental conservation through the safe disposal of e-waste.
